The Reno Superstore is a reputable showroom/warehouse offering solutions to renovations and home improvements across the province.

The Reno Superstore has been helping clients explore renovation options and a wide selection of building and construction materials while offering quality in service with a price match guarantee that is second to none.

We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our team based out of North York Ontario.  Our Sales Supervisor would supervise and coordinate the activities of other sales workers needed to support the business.

This role involves a high level of administrative support, scheduling, coordinating, and multitasking, to support management and staff members.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers

·       Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

·       Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

·       Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

·       Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

·       Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

·       Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance

·       Ensure the visual standards and image of the store/warehouse are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness

·       Perform some sale related duties

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·      Minimum 1 year Sales Management experience would be an asset;

·      Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;

·      Technical administrative experience is an asset;

·      Ability to work independently and in a team environment;

·      Must be proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite (required).
