Sales Supervisor wanted
UR’S Convenience Store

Is seeking an (1) experienced sales supervisor. Start date as soon as possible.
Must have:
Proof of completion of high school (secondary school)
Clear criminal record check
Be able to communicate in English (oral and written)
Have at least 1 year in retail supervision
Own transportation
This is a sales supervisor position in a convenience and grocery store on Selkirk Avenue in Winnipeg’s North End. Work would include evening shifts.
Job duties include:
Assign duties to sales workers
Establish work schedules
Authorize returns of merchandise
Sell merchandise
Prepare sales and merchandise reports
Supervise and coordinate sales workers
Resolve problems that arise, such as complaints and shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients
Develop and implement plans to increase sales
35 hours per week, $18.15 / hour. (Full-time, permanent)
