Job Description:

• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers in store

• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

• Resolve issues, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, etc;

• Maintain store inventory and order merchandise

• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance

• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness

• May perform managerial duties if required

• May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Job Requirements:

• Obtained college diploma or higher education;

• At least 3 years of event planning or related work experience;

• Good communication skills in English

• Excellent organization, information management and time management skills;

• Ability to work equally well independently and as part of a team;
