Work Experience: min 1 year supervisor or managerial experience required
Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff to ensure that proper service is provided to customers
Authorize payments by cheque, online and other forms of payments
Sell merchandise to customers as required and upsell when possible
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages as well as online responses
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
Provide reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis
Assist with ideas for marketing to increase sales
