Job Description:

This Company is urgently hiring one Full-time Sales Manager(except retail and wholesale) to join their team in Surrey, British Columbia as soon as possible.

Job Duties:

• Establish sales target and sales plan under company guidance.

• Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure client satisfaction.

• Track market trends, competitor’s dynamics, and similar products in the same industry.

• Develop and implement sales-related advertising and media planning campaigns.

• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual sales report for adjustment of sales strategies and objectives.

• In charge of sales staff recruitment, training, and management and team building.

Employment requirements:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree. Degree in Business administration will be considered as an asset.

• 2 to 3 years of sales experience in a related field is required.

Other Required Skills:

• Highly Motivated, professional and energetic.

• Excellent Time-Management Skills.

• Excellent Communication Skills.

• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
