Position Info:

·         Position: Cooks

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $16.50~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 1648 Peninsula Rd, Ucluelet, BC, V0R 3A0

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Prepare accurate ingredients adhering to the complete meals or individual dishes

·         Order kitchen supplies and equipment

·         Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·         Check food and ingredients for freshness

·         Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized

·         Oversee all kitchen operation

·         Give ideas on new menu items, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs

·         May involve in recruitment, training of new staff

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of experience of commercial cooking is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
