Job requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Tasks:
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment
- Operate machines to join sections of carpets and rugs
- Cut or join carpets and area rugs in sizes and shapes to suit the clients’ space
- Sew, serge or bind the carpets and area rugs
- Operate sewing and sergering machines, or serge and sew by hand
- Use sewing guides and tension devices
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
