We have an opening for Retail Store Supervisor (NOC Code 62010) at our Store “Mr. Lube #213 – Barrie” (2810411 Ontario Inc.) located at 837 Yonge Street Barrie, ON L4N 6K9. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. If you have what it takes to supervise the team, then this is a position for you. 

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Job Duties:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
• Conduct performance reviews

Work setting: Retail business

On site:  Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Ability to supervise: 5-10 people
