Skills Requirements:

• Education: Completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate
• Work experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and gas station attendants to ensure efficient and effective operations across the gas station and convenience store 
• Assign duties and create work schedules for cashiers and gas station attendants to maintain adequate staffing and uninterrupted service during all business hours 
• Authorize payments, manage merchandise returns, and ensure transactions are processed smoothly while upholding store policies 
• Address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational continuity 
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise, including snacks, beverages, lottery tickets, vape products, tobacco, and liquor, to keep the store well-stocked and prepared for customer needs 
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising strategies, and personnel performance to assist management in decision-making and optimize store operations 
• Hire, train, or arrange for the training of cashiers and gas station attendants, and monitor their performance to ensure high service standards 
• Ensure the store’s visual standards, including product displays, signage, and cleanliness, are maintained to create an inviting shopping environment 
• Support the team by performing cashier and gas station attendant duties when necessary to maintain service levels 
• Perform key holding and managerial duties as required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries
