Description
ESSO located in Hinton, Alberta is hiring a reliable Retail Store Supervisor for gas station and convenience store (Night-shift)
You will be responsible for the following:
Supervise and Coordinate the activities and work schedules of the cashiers and gas station attendants.
Receive payments from the customers. Sell merchandise in the convenience store.
Authorize return of merchandise, if needed.
Supervise activities employees and provide guidance to them in order to provide best customer satisfaction.
Manage retail product prices for both gas station and convent store.
Resolve customer complaints as needed.
Analyze inventory and keep track of specific products and order merchandises.
Prepare daily reports for review regarding sales, products and stocks to the owner.
Hire and train new staff if needed.
You need to meet the following qualifications:
Completion of Secondary school is required.
1-2 year of experience in retail trade is required.
English is required,
Your hourly wage will be $29.50. 4 % vacation pay is provided.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
