Job Description:
Location: Cochrane, AB, T4C 0V9
Salary: $18.86 to $20.86 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1 vacancy
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Attention to detail

Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Client focus, Team player

Job Requirements:
Specific Skills
Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Additional Skills
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise, Establish work schedules
