We are looking for a retail store supervisor to work in the convenience store located in Wasa, BC and more details are follows;

Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Vacancy: 1
Duties;
– Supervise and coordinate staffs.
– Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
– Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
– Ensure tidy image of the store maintained, such as store displays, signboard and cleanliness.
– Maintain inventory level and order merchandise.
– Keep sales records for inventory control.
– Resolve problems that arise regarding customer complaints and supply shortages.
– Train and evaluate staff.
Requirement:
-Completion of secondary school.
-2+years supervisory experience in retail sales field is required.
Conditions:
Wage: $22.00 per hour
Working condition: 30-35 hours a week.
Benefit: 10 days or of 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
