Description

Sher Enterprises is looking for one Retail Store Supervisor for their gas station at  3064 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam BC V3B 0P7. This is a full time/ permanent position with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Part-Timers are considered as well.

As a Retail Store Supervisor, You will have the following responsibilities:

• Supervise and sell merchandise to customers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Supervise and motivate employees to achieve targets
• Addressing customer’s requests, comments and complaints
• Keeping records of  expenditure, sales figures and employees  performance
• Overseeing sales people, cashiers and other employees
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise

Job requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• 1-2 years of experience is required
• English as a language skill is required

What we offer:

• $25.00 per hour
• 4% vacation pay 
• Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
