Description
We are hiring for an experienced “Retail Store Supervisor” for Esso Gas station located at 33 Wilson street west, L9G 1N1 Ancaster, Ontario.
No. of Position: 01
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise stock management for gas station and convenient store.
• Supervise a level of customer service management for convenient store.
• Manage retail product prices for both gas station and convent store.
• Manage shift schedule and duties of staff for both gas station and convenient store.
• Supervise a training of new staff for both gas station and convenient store.
• Report to Manager in regarding of sales, products and stocks as well as customer service feedback.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 18.30 per hour for 35 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
