Gulzar Creations Ltd. located at #155-12899, 80 Ave., Surrey, BC V3W0E6 is looking for a permanent and full-time Retail Store Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible.
Positions available: 01
Job type: Permanent, full time
Salary: $ 22.00/ hourly
Benefit: Relocation cost covered by employer.
Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business administration or business management is an asset.
• 01 to less than 02 years of experience in relevant field is required.
