Job Description:
This store is hiring one full time Retail Store Manager to join their team on permanent basis.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales.
• Oversee activities of staff and assign duties to them.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
• Determine products and services to be sold and implement price and credit policies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets and authorize expenditures, monitor revenues
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Hire and arrange training of staff.
Job Requirement:
· Completion of secondary school.
· Minimum 2-3 year of related experience is required.
