Job Description:
This Company is looking for full-time permanent one Retail Store Manager to join their team in Prince George, BC.
Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales.
• Oversee activities of staff and assign duties to them.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
• Determine products and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Plan budgets and authorize expenditures, monitor revenues
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Address staffing recruitments
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Minimum two years of experience is required.
