Cellphone/telecommunication sales and customer service

$15/hr plus commissions/bonuses based on performance 35-40hrs/week

Permanent / Full time / Health benefits available

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months 

Tasks:

• Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase
• Provide direct mobile phone and accessory sales and customer support services
• Advise customers on use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products
• Building a strong rapport with all new and returning customers
• Achieve sales targets
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Ensure product is in stock and pricing is correct
• Receive delivery and stock shelves
• Return stock and process repairs according to the company policies
• Keep a supervisor and management informed on problematic situations
• Collect payments, complete daily cashouts and make a weekly cash deposit
• Open and close the store on time
• Maintain company & customer paper work
• Participate in sales meetings & events, training sessions and month-end inventory counts
• Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees
• Maintain the store in a clean condition
• Other duties as assigned
