We are looking for well experienced Retail butcher for a well-known events and catering firm “Paramount” located at 222 ROWNTREE DAIRY RD Woodbridge, ON L4L 9T2 Canada.

 No. of Positions: 02

JOB DUTIES:

• Slice cooked meats.
• Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood.
• Remove bones from meat.
• Prepare special orders.
• Grind meats.
• Cut poultry into parts.
•  Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters.

Equipment and Machinery Experience

• Slicing machine
• Power grinder Manual cutting utensil
•  Band saw

Additional Skills

• Wrap and package prepared meats.
• Weigh meats for sale.
• Train meat cutters.
• Sell meats to customers.
• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting

Prerequisites:

Education:                               No formal education required  

Experience & Skills:                1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 18 to $ 22 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
