- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales.
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Develop process improvements to maximize sales and profitability.
- Help develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
- To perform other duties and tasks assigned or required.
Requirement:
– College diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service
– Min 2 year of related retail or wholesale sales experience
– English
