About the Service Manager Role:
– Full-time, salaried, management position, reporting directly to the General Manager
– Directly responsible for the Server team, ensuring adherence to Beertown service standards.
– Operates shifts with excellence, leading to increases in sales week over week, year over year.
– Leading & coaching service team in fulfilling steps of service and all side-work both pre and post-service
– Handles any service or Guest concerns during the shift with Hospitality from the Heart
– Hire, train, mentor and schedule (weekly) Server team
– Facilitate Focus of the Week program for Front of House
– Monitor daily cleanliness of restaurant, attacking any cleaning & repair concerns with urgency
– Manage reservation book in concert with Front of House Management Team.
– Assist in managing costs related to service – Front of House Labour & Uniform Inventory, Local Store Marketing (to name a few)
– Drive on going learning of Service team via participation in our online learning software
Service Manager Earnings & Perks:
– $50,000 – $55,000 annual salary
– + 6,000 Annual Bonus Incentive (paid quarterly as earned vs targets)
