Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Wage: $36.60 per hour

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Employment Type: Full-Time/ Permanent

Benefit(s): 10 Days’ paid vacation

Job vacancies: 2 Full-Time jobs

Job duties you will be responsible for:

• Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly.
• Keep detailed records of financial transactions, inventory levels, and staff performance.
• Meets restaurant financial objects by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Monitor all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Process payroll for all restaurant staff.
• Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.
• Involved in hiring new staff.
• Create and adjust all staff schedules.
• Negotiate with food and supply vendors to secure favorable terms, including pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.

Requirements:

• Completion of a college
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a manager or supervisor in the food service area
• English
