    Education: Secondary school is an asset 
 
    Work Experience: 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience or 1 year manager experience or combination of both  
 
    Job Duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations and report to the owner 
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms as well as make deposits
Conduct performance reviews as required 
Cost products and services
Organize and maintain inventory
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies at times 
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Develop, implement and analyze budgets
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Recruit, train and supervise staff
 
 
    Job Requirements: Punctual 
Attention to detail 
Able to work shift work, evenings and weekends 
Past pizza restaurant management experience is an asset 
Able to work well as a team and individually 
Follow recipes with precision and train staff as needed to keep consistency. 
Able to count cash and keep count of inventory 
Give owner weekly updates
