Blue House Korean Buffet & Sushi is a Korean and Japanese cuisine located in downtown Squamish, BC. Inspired by the Blue House, the official presidential residence of South Korea, our restaurant aims to serve the highest quality of authentic Korean dishes as well as Japanese food to our customers. Every customer will enjoy an unforgettable dining experience with majestic views of Squamish. We are looking for a full-time Restaurant manager who would like to join our team.

Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:
 

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant

Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

Supervise staff and monitor staff performance

Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

Requirements:

Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or at least 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience

Work Conditions:
– Wage: $34.00 – $35.00 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
– Working (Business) Location: 38005 Cleveland Avenue, Squamish, BC V8B 0C3.
