Job Duties:
The Candidate must perform the following duties:
• Recruit, hire staff and oversee staff training.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Control and order food and beverage supplies.
• Monitor food preparation and methods.
• Develop marketing strategies by utilizing social media networks.
• Set Staff work schedules and lead the service team.
Additional Skills:
• Conduct Performance Reviews.
• Organize and Maintain Inventory.
• Cost products and services.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• 2-3 years of experience is required.
