Job Duties:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
- You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Schedule staff and oversee staff training
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Respond efficiently and accurately to guests complaints, reservations and questions
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products and negotiate with suppliers to get the better quality for lower price.
- Understanding, and practicing safe food handling procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment for guest at all times
