Job Description:
Kwantlen Pizza Ltd. DBA Kwantlen Pizza Sweets and Snacks is looking for one full-time permanent Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
• Direct, control , plan, organize and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Handling food preparation and monitor restaurant’s revenues and expenses.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies as instructed by the restaurant owner.
• Prepare schedule and assign duties to staff.
• Develop marketing strategies with utilizing social media networks.
• Hire staff and supervise staff training.
Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary education is must.
• Two to three years of related experience is required.
