Bene Sushi is looking for experienced Restaurant Manager.
Restaurant: Bene Sushi Restaurant
Work Location: 1574 Marine Dr., West Vancouver, BC, Canada, V7V1H8
Position: Restaurant Manager, Full time, Permanent
Wage and working hours: $26.50 per hour and 30 ~ 40hrs per week (full time)
Duties:
– Plan and manage the daily operations of restaurant
– Oversee inventory and control consistently
– Determine type of services to be offered
– Monitor customer needs and resolve customer complaints to ensure customers’ satisfaction
– Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
– Negotiate with suppliers and keep good business relationship
– Plan to achieve revenue and service targets, as well as manage budget and cost
– Set work schedules and monitor performance
Qualifications
– 3 years of work experience in food service with some supervisory experience
– Completion of secondary school
– Able to communicate in English
