Wage: $19.00 per hour
Position: Restaurant Cook
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation
Your job duties will be:
-Prepare and cook complete Japanese style food from the menu
-Cut and trim tuna, salmon and other fish
-Make nigiri sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, and special roll sushi
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions
-Assist creating new menus and sauces
-Clean kitchen area
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of cook experience
– Completion of secondary (high) school
– English
