Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Wage: $ 26.50 ~$27.00 per hour (Depend on experience and skill)

Working Hours: 7~8 hours per day / 35~40 hours per week

Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation per year

Requirements:
-Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

-At least 2 years’ work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisory role
-English

Job Duties:

–          Working closely with the Manager to ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly

–          Assist with all administrative aspects and duties with the Manager

–          Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and finding solutions

–          Process payroll for all restaurant staff

–          Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.

–          Involve in hiring new staff.

–          Create and adjust all staff schedules.

–          Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues

   –          Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus
