We take pride in delivering a unique dining experience to our guests and are seeking a dedicated Restaurant and Food Service Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and high service standards
• Develop and implement operational procedures based on the services offered
• Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth
• Create work schedules and oversee daily staff activities to maintain a smooth workflow
• Manage inventory, track revenues, and adjust pricing or processes to optimize profitability
• Handle customer concerns promptly and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
• Coordinate and negotiate catering services or event bookings for special occasions

Qualifications:

• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality, food service, or any business-related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in Japanese cuisine or grill-style restaurants is an asset
