Description

We are looking for Reservations clerk for “Naturally Pacific Resort” located at 700 Petersen Road Campbell River, BC V9W 3H7 Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Provide information on the facilities and services.
• Process group arrivals and departures.
• Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties; investigate and resolve complaints and claims.
• Answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying).
• Provide general information about points of interest in the area.
• Follow emergency and safety procedures; handle wake-up calls.
• Provide customer service.
• Assist clients or guests with special needs.
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               No Formal education required

Experience & Skills:                1 to less than 7 months

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 18.50 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
