Red Shiso Sushi Restaurant Ltd is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager
Position Info:
- Position: Restaurant Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $28.00~$30.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 601 – 10833 160 Street, Surrey, BC V4N 1P3

Job Duties:
- Arrange, organize, manage, and evaluate the restaurant operation and food and beverage services
- Establish service types to be offered
- Implement procedures of operation
- Recruit and train staff members
- Establish work schedules and control work performances of staff
- Monitor inventory and revenues, and modify procedures if required
- Resolve customer complaints and make sure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Language: English
