Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $29.00~$32.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: #18 2755 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 5Y9

Job Duties:

• Establish service types to be offered and implement operational procedures in place
• Plan, organize, and evaluate the restaurant's activities and daily operations
• Recruit staff and monitor their performance
• Organize and maintain inventory effectively
• Create and oversee work schedules to enhance staff productivity
• Address customer complaints and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
• Negotiate terms with suppliers for essential supplies

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
