Raku Japanese Kitchen is seeking a F/T Restaurant Assistant Manager.
Position Info:
- Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $26.44~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 1860 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, British Columbia, V7V 1J6

Job Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, control, and assess daily operations.
- Determine and implement work procedures.
- Monitor revenues and adjust procedures and prices.
- Ensure that food and service follow health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with customers for catering.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Establish work schedules and oversee staff's performance.
- Provide customer service and address complaints or inquiries from customers.
- Assist in recruiting, and training staff.
- Maintain inventory, control wastage, and order supplies as required.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Language: English
