Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $18.50~$21.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 968 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1N9

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay
• Extended Healthcare (after 6 months)

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
• Keep inventory and records of food and other supplies
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Maintain the kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
• May participate in planning menus and estimating food requirements
• May involve in hiring and training new kitchen helpers

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
