Starting Immediately

Terms of Employment: Full time year round 

Wage: 86000 Annually

Hours (each week): 40

Language Requirements: English 

Job Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget 

Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates

Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules 

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors

Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients as well as update management

Direct the purchase of building materials and  land acquisitions 

Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors

Other duties that apply 

Job Requirements:

Punctual 

Able to lift 50 Lbs repetitively

Attention to detail 

Able to follow directions and complete tasks assigned 

Good attitude 

Ensure that job site stays clear of hazards 

Safety certificates are an asset 

Quick learner 

Work Experience:

2 years of construction project management or project coordinator experience or past construction management experience 

Education: Secondary is an asset 

Location(s) of Work:

2-3 main sites in the lower mainland region only
