Delicate Media’s mission statement is to “Empower businesses with creative and effective digital marketing, innovative AV and entertainment technology solutions to enhance their online presence and drive success.” The company’s service ranges from stage design, lighting, audio and video recording and production, event planning, photography etc and we provide a wide variety of solutions including advertising, broadcasting and networking, news, digital recording, and motion pictures. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Production Manager (NOC 50011) to plan, produce and deliver the projects with high-quality.

Job Duties:

1.        Develop, produce and monitor projects in areas of sound, lighting, video and rigging for the entire production phases

2.        Meet clients and evaluate clients’ needs for the project and provide proper solutions

3.        Create a list of material and labour required for the project scope including schedules, work plans, budget, resources allocation, timing, and estimated deliveries

4.        Coordinate all change requests with the client, oversee events’ premises, site preparation, and equipment installation based on the proposed schedule

5.        Establish work procedures and gives guidance to team members, liaise with all stakeholders to resolve unexpected issues

6.        Monitor the quality of work executed according to the company standards and ensure compliance with regulations

7.        Track project progress and prepare the associated reporting and documentation

8.        Ensure the health and safety on sites through training and prevention to eliminate the potential risks

9.        Plan the workforce needs according to the upcoming projects, hire and train new staff as needed

Qualifications:

1.        A university degree or college diploma in audiovisual, communication, broadcasting, filming or related discipline is required.

2.        At least 3 years of experience working as a production manager or similar role in the related industry

3.        Proven record of project deliveries, experience in managing a team and multiple projects at the same time

4.        Knowledge of different technical equipment, electricity and networking

5.        Ability to recognize potential problems and execute correction measures

6.        Strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
