Job Title: Production labourer food processing (NOC: 9617)
Employer: Fancy Pokket Corporation
Location : 1220 St. George Blvd. Moncton, NB E1E 4K7
Wage: 12.50/hr for 40 hrs per week

Duties:
· Bagel and Pita
o Have knowledge of all bagel and pita products-flavours, packaging and size
o Place trays around bagel slicer and loading conveyors.
o Reject any bagels or pitas that do not meet company quality standards
o Report any bagel or pitas quality issues to the Bagel or Pita Line Team Leader.
o Keep packaging machine running at all times.
o Maintain clean equipment and area.
o Operate the packaging machine with basic trouble shooting tips.
o Install proper bags in the packaging machine according to the products and production schedule.
· Tortilla
o Have knowledge of tortilla sizes, flavours and packaging.
o Have knowledge of all bags for retail and foodservice. Ensure product is placed in proper bags
o Adjust sealer to accommodate different sizes when a change over occurs.
o Adjust belt to accommodate different number of loaves per bag to eliminate air in bag.
o Ensure all product passes through the metal detector, setting aside any rejected product for the Quality Department.
o Maintain a neat work space.
· Boxing
o Prepare exact quantities of boxes for the day
o Pack products in correct boxes
o Ensure boxes are coded properly
o Palletise and shrink wrap product
o Store products in freezer
o Meet hourly boxing quotas
o Clean up boxing room daily before leaving

· Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, Attention to detail Hand-eye coordination, combination of standing, sitting, walking, Standing for extended periods of times bending, crouching, kneeling, fast paced environment.
