Position Info:

• Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $19.00~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 5007 – 50 Avenue Caroline, Alberta T0M 0M0

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare work schedules and assign duties to sales workers
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise
• Resolve customers complaints or any work-related issue
• Maintain the store's visual standards and images, such as displays, signage, and cleanliness
• Supervise work performance of sales staff
• Authorize payments and refunds
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised
• Advise customers on use and care of the merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products or services

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
