Key Job Functions:

  • Acting as a first contact person for clients, dealing with emails and phone calls
  • Helping manager to sorting messages and highlighting all important requests from clients for  attention
  • Organizing meetings and appointments
  • Helping manager to book or arrange travels, transport and accommodation
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of manager
  • Tracking and monitoring activities by providing updated details
  • Arranging for meetings and preparing all meeting materials
  • Assisting manager to prepare contracts with source providers and clients
  • Reporting to manager directly and performing secretarial and administrative duties

 

Skills Required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Attention to details
  • Tight deadlines
  • Ability to do multitasks 

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Multi-language speakers are asset
  • At least one year college diploma/certificate
  • Relevant work experience will be considered as an asset
