Requirements:
Minimum Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate
Minimum Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
Job Duties:
- Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting and management processes.
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Provide general support to visitors.
