Nor formal education required
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience required
Languages:
Written and Spoken English is required.
Duties:
• Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of staff at the park
• Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other
departments
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition supplies
• Ensure smooth operation of the systems and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Monitor quality and production levels
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Essential Skills:
Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
