Description
Tall Guy Painting Inc. is a team of professional painters led by 3rd generation painter Jeff Girard, offering indoor and outdoor painting services. Now we are looking for experienced painter-foremen who are willing to join our lovely team!

Position: Painter Foreman
Number of vacancies: 2
Main Duties:
-Supervise skilled painters, assign subordinate painters to work details, and inspects work in progress upon completion to ensure that it meets required standards.
– Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
– Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
– Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
– Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
– Prepare work progress reports
– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
Qualification:
– Completion of secondary school
– 2+ years of experience as a painter foreman
– Post-secondary education would be an asset.
Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week
Wage: $34.00 ~ $35.00 per hour
Benefits: 4% of gross income
