Domino’s Pizza is growing and our vision is to be #1 pizza in Canada and in every neighbourhood. As our business expands, we need to adopt new concepts to our future business development into a large scale and impact as a chain QSR.
We are seeking a permanent and full-time Operations Vice-President (0015) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization；Develop and execute annual business and financial plans along with supporting key initiatives.

Set and oversee overall company’s operating budget；

Direct and monitor all production activity including supplier forecasts, capacity plans, food processing schedules；

Work closely with the owner to address potential strategic, tactical and operating issue；

Organize and evolve the sourcing vendor base and establish strategic and operational requirements；

Maintain a high-performance distribution system that leverages economies of scale and delivers excellent customer satisfaction.

Establish policies and processes that guarantee absolute food safety in compliance with government and other regulatory agency guidelines and laws and Company programs.

Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or above is required

At least 3 years of middle manager experiences in required

Ability to recognize potential problems and execute correction measures

Sales/Marketing/Business Development experience required with knowledge of budgeting and cost control

Superior communication capabilities required

Wage/Hour: $43/hour 30 hours/week
