Mi Bowl is dedicated to delivering fresh, healthy meals while promoting sustainability and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in order fulfillment, inventory management, and food preparation processes.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, prevent shortages, and reduce waste.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the management team to enhance food preparation and production workflows, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving delays, and ensuring timely order delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in supervising the operations team, promoting adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • System Oversight: Maintain and update the Shopify platform for accurate inventory and order processing, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Sustainability Efforts: Manage initiatives like TOO GOOD TO GO to reduce food waste and drive profits.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 3 years’ experience in operational supervisor roles in food service or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Shopify, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
  • Technical skills in tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and data visualization.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise between customers, staff, and management.
  • Knowledge of quality and safety standards in food handling is an asset.

Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Certificate and/or other credentials in information technology are strongly preferred.
