Description
POSITION: Operations Administrative Officer
DUTIES:
• Co-ordinating office administrative procedures with respect to product logistics, exports, imports and expediting orders through EDI and SPS Commerce Supply Chain systems;
• Reviewing, evaluating and implementing office and administrative communication procedures;
• Developing administrative priorities and delegating tasks to office and warehouse support staff;
• Coordinating schedules and deadlines;
• Reviewing and administering office and warehouse policies and procedures related product regulations and management of product and logistical records;
• Facilitating the analyses of administrative operations pertaining to documentation, product tracking, and management processes;
• Assisting in the development of operational budgets related to inventory management and shipping and receiving;
QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Management;
• 3 years experience in Manufacturing Office or Operations Management;
• Extensive experience with EDI and SPS Commerce Supply Chain systems.
SALARY:
$23.26 / hr
