Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience required

Written and Spoken English is required
Duties:
Arranging for food transport to off-site events
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulation are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other suppliers
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions
Essential Skills:
Oral communication, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and Organizing
