AJR Inc. is an established real estate investment and management company overseeing buildings in the GTA.
AJR Inc. offers a full range of services to its building tenants from move-in/move-out assistance to regular maintenance and interior renovations. AJR Inc. is looking to grow in the Greater Toronto Area.
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team based out of Woodbridge Ontario. Our Office Administrator would oversee and implement administrative procedures, establish work priorities, conduct feedback on administrative operations and coordinate acquisition of administrative services such as office space, supplies and security services.
This role involves a high level of administrative support, scheduling, coordinating, and multitasking, to support management and staff members.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Carry out administrative activities needed in the daily operations of the business;
· Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures;
· Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting and subcontracting;
· Establish work priorities, delegate work to other staff members, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed;
· Administer company policies and procedures as required;
· Coordinate and plan for office services, such as relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
· Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence;
· Supervise various staff members.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
· Completion of Secondary School is required;
· Minimum 3 years of previous clerical experience required;
· Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;
· Technical administrative experience is an asset;
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
· Must be proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite (required).
