Arora Canadian Immigration Consultancy Inc. located at #407, 8318 120 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 3N4 is looking for a Permanent Office Manager (NOC 13100) to be a part of their team at the earliest.

Salary: $34.65/hr
Job Duties:
• Examine and assess the new administrative processes.
• Assign tasks to office support personnel.
• Respond to client requests for case processing via social media, phone calls,
and emails.
• Handle administrative duties and oversee the assistants.
• Maintain a log of case timetables and make sure they are completed on
schedule.
• Compile information and create manuals, communications, and special and
periodic reports.
• Organize and supervise office administration processes.
• Record and prepare notes of meetings with clients.
• Creating and preparing letters and memos whenever required
• Following up on phone calls while remaining courteous and professional and refraining from offering any immigration advice.
Job Requirements:
Education:
• Completion of Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience:
• Relevant Experience of 02 to less than 03 years is required.
On site:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely..
